The Positive WoRkplace Program

3 day in-house training (12 hours total)*

This on-site classwork presented by The Good Yoga Project introduces tools of meditation, movement, and self leadership to help employees create a healthy and sustainable routine. Our instructor uses easy to integrate methods of creating healthy and sustainable habits using these tools not only address the physical health of the employees but highlighting the importance on techniques to maintain social and emotional health and leadership. We work with you to select the themes targeted most for your team goals. Offered themes from the below workshop list or custom programming available.

Positivity and Mindfulness Leadership and wellness workshops

Workshops are 120 minutes and can be facilitated on-site or virtually

The Good Yoga Project Founder and Power Trippers Co-owner, Lisbeth Janelle, can break down specific themes from the above listed trainings and give individually selected workshops to create a custom program for your students. Having a first-hand understanding of demanding corporate schedules and transitioning culturally in various education and business settings, her in-depth preparation through the targeted workshops will set employees up with a foundation for increased productivity, reduced stress, and tools for generating a positive workplace community.

Embodied Leadership and Identity- Physical presence of strength, resilience, and leadership. *includes light yoga session.

Mindful Movement- interactive planning tools for generating a lasting and positive wellness lifestyle of physical movement using studies of positive psychology. *includes light yoga class and physical movement

Mindful Nutrition- interactive planning tools for generating a lasting and positive wellness lifestyle of mindful eating using studies of positive psychology.

Burn-Out/ Self-care- Easy tips to avoid burn-out and optimize productivity.

Social Responsibility/impact- creating a corporate culture of giving back, and curious generosity in individuals and company-wide.

Decision Making- Using Mindfulness tools for clear and effective decision making.

Mindful Cross Cultural transitions in Business- Helping employees to generate increased productivity of communication in global communications. Can also be targeted at employees transitioning for new international placements.

Vision Planning- Positive vision and goal setting for the individual and the team.

Online Impact Wellness Platform- COMING SOON!!!

We are SO Excited to bring you this platform later this summer. We will be launching an online wellness platform creating monthly/weekly content based on our positivity and mindfulness based wellness tools. This program is designed to manage employee well-being while also giving back to our local communities providing wellness programs locally and abroad. Through engagement with our platform employees will have the opportunity to earn points that will then be converted to money earned and donated to charity. Stay Tuned… this program is going to be POWERFUL!

Onsite Yoga Classes

The benefits of yoga go far beyond getting a good workout. Clearing the mind, reducing stress, and increased productivity are all proven benefits of a yoga practice. With our fun and accessible to ALL levels, not only will employees feel more centered and calm as they return to their work day, but we design a special community element to our classes to build teamwork and connection for a more positive workplace. Our classes can be performed on mats or in chairs dependent on time of day/space/location/need.

Live Online!

Access is granted to use partner company site, DoYogaLive.com and have class with Lisbeth from UPWARD Collective on a one on one live computer session. Students can also access live yoga sessions with other teachers at timings that best suit their scheduling. First class is offered free with code. Prices vary per teacher/class registered.
